We ship all our items with Australia Post with all mobile phones and tablets shipped Express Post. Accessories are sent standard mail but can be upgraded to Express Post if urgently required (Express Delivery must be selected, extra fees apply). As we use Australia Post we can ship to PO Boxes if required.
*Overnight delivery is only available to customers in the Australia Post Express network guarantee and will be delivered on Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

All orders paid before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or on public holidays in NSW
Please check the contents immediately, and notify us by email if the product has been damaged in transit. Any claims made after 24 hours of receipt will be rejected as per our terms and conditions of sale.
I want to pickup my order, can I do this?
Yes, you can. We have Sydney Store location at Beverly Hills. You can select Click N Collect through the checkout process.
How long does it take to deliver to me?
All items are sent express post so depending on where you live and what delivery option has been chosen (or is available) delivery can take between 1 - 5 days.
Please note all orders placed before 4pm are to be shipped same day and you are in the Australia Post Express zone you'll get your phone overnight.
Will I be emailed my tracking details?
Yes, the tracking details will be emailed through to you. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left by Australia Post to collect your item from your nearest post office.
